Refund policy

At Kumaya Jewelry, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy or need to change your order, you are entitled to request a refund.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

  • There should be no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

  • You must include either the original invoice or a note with your order number, full name, and email address inside the return package.

Returns must be shipped with trackable shipping, and you are responsible for sharing the Track & Trace number with us at info@kumaya.co.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund for the product(s) excluding shipping and packaging costs. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval. Items not meeting our return conditions will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes for exchanges.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Returns

If you received a gift from Kumaya Jewelry and wish to return it, we offer store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping). This credit can be used on our online store and remains valid for one year. Any price differences, shipping costs, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items & Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@kumaya.co within 60 days of delivery. We'll arrange a refund or exchange, and in the case of faulty items, we will cover shipping costs.

Kumaya Jewelry offers a Lifetime Warranty that covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Accidental breaks

  • Tarnishing from normal use

Each item is eligible for one-time replacement under this warranty. This does not cover lost or stolen items, intentional damage, or misuse. To make a claim, send us a photo of the issue and your order number via email.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns or exchanges within 60 days. Please send your return to the address below using registered/tracked shipping and inform us of the tracking number:
